A professional couple in Jefferson Park, Los Angeles, is seeking a trustworthy and multitalented assistant to join us at our home one day per week for 5-6 hours. The position involves assisting with both household tasks and light professional support related to journalism, education, and public policy. Domestic responsibilities include running errands, scheduling housework, walking the dog, light gardening, organizing, making appointments, and ironing and folding laundry. No cleaning, food preparation, or childcare is required. The ideal candidate is an undergraduate or early-career college graduate interested in contributing to and learning from our professional endeavors.
