The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of childcare experience and must be trustworthy, honest, and respectful. You should be experienced with both younger and school-aged children and be over 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Good communication skills are also essential. This role involves feeding the children, but does not require driving, bathing, or handling bedtime routines.
