We are seeking a responsible and caring babysitter for two children, a 4-year-old girl and a 2-year-old boy, in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill, NC area. The job will take place on Friday, September 19, 2025, starting at 4:00 PM and ending on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 1:00 AM. Your responsibilities will include supervising the children after they return from school, managing nap time for the little boy at around 1:30 PM, engaging in playtime with the children, and preparing light snacks as needed. Dinner will be provided through pizza delivery. After dinner, you will oversee bath time and, if desired, you may put on a movie while preparing the children for bedtime. This will be an early evening as the parents are going out for a quick date. A sweet black lab named Weezie will be present, and a cat named Bill may be around, though typically outside. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with feedings, bathing, and handling bedtime routines but will not be required to drive. Experience with young children is preferred.
