We are seeking a responsible and engaging babysitter for our active and creative 4-year-old daughter, Aurora, in New Orleans, LA. The babysitting session will begin on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 10:00 PM and end on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 01:00 AM. Responsibilities include playing both indoors and outdoors, swimming, riding bikes, and engaging in activities like books, puzzles, TV, blocks, tea parties, and Play-Doh. The babysitter will also be responsible for feeding dinner and assisting with bathing. Aurora returns home from school around 4:45 PM, with dinner around 5:15 to 5:30 PM, and bath time scheduled for 7:15 to 7:30 PM. While we will be present at home attending to other household duties, we require a sitter who can independently manage interactions with Aurora. On rare occasions, there might be some Pre-K 4 homework to address. Once a relationship is established, we are open to having the sitter take Aurora on walks or to the park. Our household includes three dogs: a sweet and chill 7-year-old beagle, a playful 4-year-old terrier, and a shy 4-year-old rescue beagle hound. This position does not require any driving, but it does involve feeding and bathing the child. Aurora is smart, talkative, and independent, making this a rewarding opportunity for the right candidate.
