We are seeking a reliable and caring nighttime babysitter for our two young boys, ages 2 years and 8 months, in Nashville, TN. The sitting job will occur from Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 10:00 PM until Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 3:00 AM. Responsibilities include ensuring bedtime routines are followed, such as changing the 2-year-old, Hank, putting him in pajamas, reading a few books, and putting him to bed. The younger child, Jack, will need a bottle at 7:00 PM, followed by being put in a sleep sack and placed in his crib. Our friendly 35 lb mini labradoodle dog, Charley, will be present. He is very sweet and loves to snuggle. While there is no need to walk him during this short visit, you may need to let him out in the fenced backyard through the kitchen door if the stay extends. Charley's food, treats, and toys are accessible in the hallway closet or the bottom shelf in the kitchen. The position does not involve driving, bathing, or other extensive child care activities, but feeding and bedtime duties are expected. We prefer someone comfortable with dogs and with experience handling young children's bedtime routines.
