We are seeking a reliable and experienced babysitter to care for our two boys, ages 8 and 3, in Cleveland, OH. The position involves picking up the children between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM, bringing them home safely, and engaging them in light activities and wind-down time. Responsibilities include supervised screen time, ensuring tablets are turned in by 8:30 PM, and completing the bedtime routine to have the children in bed by 9:00-9:30 PM. A photo update is requested once the children are in bed. Our youngest may occasionally struggle to fall asleep, so patience and understanding with bedtime transitions are important. Requirements include having 5+ years of childcare experience, being 25 years or older, maintaining a clean driving record, being a non-smoker/non-vaper, and possessing a calm and dependable demeanor. The sitter should be comfortable handling a child who may resist bedtime and must provide references. Once the children are in bed, the sitter is welcome to relax, watch their favorite show, and enjoy a small snack in the kitchen. The job involves driving and feeding, but no bathing is required.
