We are the Joseph family in San Francisco, seeking a part-time babysitter for our two kids, ages 3 and almost 2. As tech executives, we require assistance on evenings and weekends. The role involves 2-3 nights a week from 5:00pm-8:00pm and an additional 4 flexible hours on the weekend. Weekday responsibilities include picking the kids up from daycare, preparing dinner, assisting with bath and bedtime, and tidying up after meals. On weekends, you'll take the kids to the park or another activity. A parent will be present during evenings for the first two months to assist with bedtime. We prefer college students, especially those with child development coursework, and offer $35/hour with potential increases based on performance.
