We are seeking a reliable and engaged babysitter for our 3-year-old daughter in Baltimore, MD, starting January 5, 2026. This position is available from Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Responsibilities include interacting with our daughter through educational activities such as teaching her numbers, shapes, and colors, as well as ensuring outdoor playtime on our back deck, weather permitting. The sitter must also be comfortable with our four small dogs, including a golden doodle. We expect minimal phone usage during work hours, with the focus remaining on our daughter. Light cleaning duties, such as picking up toys and mopping the floor, are also required. A snack should be provided on time, but no meal prep is necessary. Candidates should be comfortable with in-home cameras for monitoring purposes and must possess or provide proof of current CPR/First Aid certification. A background check will be conducted, and a contract must be signed. Reliable transportation is necessary. Compensation is $15 per hour.
