We are seeking a reliable and organized babysitter for a 5-year-old child in Philadelphia, PA. The position is available from March 2, 2026, through September 1, 2026. The role involves supervising and engaging with the child during the regular work hours of Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM. You will be required to be in the New Hope office at least three days a week. The ideal candidate will be proactive and efficient, willing to help the child in various activities while maintaining a structured environment. While this is primarily a childcare role, it also includes support with organizing personal projects and managing personal chores and calls. The applicant should expect occasional travel 3-4 times a year to industry events. We require someone who can handle this high-intensity job with ease, as our environment is fast-paced, with constant movement and communication.
