We are seeking a kind, patient, and reliable babysitter for our 3.5-year-old child in Orange County, CA. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with kids, be gentle, and able to commit long-term. The schedule is 4 days per week with flexibility: - 1 weekend day from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM - 3 weekdays from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM (after work) The pay is $22 per hour. Responsibilities include playing and engaging with our child through games, reading, and activities, giving baths, preparing simple meals/snacks, and maintaining a safe and tidy environment. If the position becomes stable long-term, we may require assistance with picking up our child from preschool. Applicants should preferably have experience with toddlers or preschoolers. We require a patient, calm, and responsible individual who is a non-smoker with strong communication skills. Please note that we have three cats at home; one calico is older and prefers not to be petted, while the other two cats are friendly. The job involves feeding and bathing our child, but does not involve driving or managing bedtime.
