We are seeking a confident, responsible, and fun Family Assistant and Babysitter for a busy, down-to-earth family in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves being a positive role model for two active and creative girls. You'll help with after-school pickup, transportation to activities, and provide mentoring to maintain positive household and study habits. The ideal candidate should be a "big sister" type who enjoys engaging conversations with bright, curious children. This position offers both part-time and full-time options with flexible hours during weekdays. Primary responsibilities occur after school hours, with opportunities for additional support during school hours if your schedule permits. While the girls are in school, you may assist with household management tasks, vehicle management, event planning, gifting, and travel planning. The family deeply values their team and offers a base salary of $40/hr, with additional compensation and bonuses based on experience and qualifications.
