Independent Presbyterian Church in Birmingham, AL is seeking friendly and responsible individuals to join our team of childcare staff and volunteers for a high-attendance Sunday event. This role involves caring for children ages 2-6 from 10:00 PM on April 5, 2026, to 2:00 AM on April 6, 2026. Responsibilities include engaging in active play, supervising children in a playroom and on a large gated playground, and serving a simple snack provided by the church. Wyndys will be paired with an experienced staff member or volunteer to ensure safe child-to-adult ratios and will receive an IPC Childcare T-shirt to wear during their shift. Prior to the event, Wyndys will be asked to review IPC’s Child and Youth Protection Policy. Ample parking is available in our beautiful Highland Park/downtown location. No pets are present at the site.
