We are seeking a reliable and caring babysitter in Fort Lauderdale, FL, for our two boys, ages 4 and 5. The position involves a long-term commitment as a Mother's Helper on weekdays from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM, assisting with afterschool care and bedtime routines, and occasionally on weekends and school closure days from 7:30 AM to 1ish. During the summer, weekday start times may shift to 4:00 PM. While a consistent Monday-Friday schedule is ideal, we require at least 3-4 consecutive weekday shifts year-round. Responsibilities include assisting with the children's dinner preparation, kids' laundry, and dishwashing. The role involves feeding, bathing, and putting the children to bed. Our home includes a mini long-haired dachshund, so comfort around dogs is necessary. We offer a paid trial shift after an initial text and phone call to ensure a good fit. We value building a family-like relationship with our helpers and provide parking options.
