We are seeking a reliable and flexible babysitter for our three wonderful children, aged 6, 3, and 1, in Carlsbad, CA. Our family is part of the military community, and our schedules can change unexpectedly, so we occasionally require last-minute care, primarily for appointments or workout classes a couple of times a week. Maisie, our 6-year-old, is sweet and helpful, while Luca, our 3-year-old, is creative and energetic, thriving with a calm, patient approach. Sully, our 1-year-old, is an easygoing toddler who loves attention. The ideal candidate will have experience with toddlers and children who have big emotions and will be comfortable managing multiple kids. We prefer someone who can engage and play with the children without using screen time. Responsibilities include feeding the children and overseeing bedtime. All meals will be provided, and parking is convenient as you can park in the driveway. There are no pets in the household.
