We are seeking a responsible and caring babysitter for our 1-year-old child in Newark, NJ. This position requires someone who is vaccinated, a non-smoker, and comfortable with pets, including dogs and cats. Your primary responsibility will be the safety and care of our baby, including preparing meals, engaging in age-appropriate activities, and managing naps and bedtime. Additional duties include light housekeeping, pet care, and assisting with errands. This is a strictly smoke-free and fragrance-free role. No use of screens around the baby is permitted, and you must engage directly with the child. It's essential to ask for prior approval before feeding the baby or pets and ensure that all entries and exits are secure to prevent our pets from leaving. We require proactive communicators who are eager to help reduce our load. If you are multilingual, we encourage you to speak in other languages to our child for enrichment.
