Summer Babysitter for 8-Year-Old

We are seeking a warm and dependable summer babysitter for our energetic 8-year-old daughter while our family visits San Antonio from late July through August. This full-time weekday position is ideal for a college student studying education, child development, psychology, speech therapy, or nursing/pre-med. We need someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and can balance fun with structure. Our daughter enjoys games, exploring, and learning new things, and we are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and enjoys interaction rather than just supervision. No elaborate parenting philosophy is required—just kindness and commitment. The role does not include driving, feeding, bathing, or bedtime duties. Competitive pay offered based on experience.
