Childcare Provider for 1-Year-Old

We are seeking a responsible and caring babysitter to provide attentive childcare for our 1-year-old child in Newark, NJ on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM. This position requires a vaccinated, non-smoking individual who is comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment with both cats and dogs. Key Responsibilities: - Provide attentive care and engagement with our 1-year-old, including preparing age-appropriate meals and organizing enrichment activities. - Maintain a clean and safe environment, including regular hand washing and removing shoes in our home. - Proactively ask questions and communicate any concerns to lighten our load and support our family effectively. - Assist with light household duties such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, and pet care, if needed. - Adhere to our family rules including no screens around the baby, no fragrances, and no outside visitors. - Ensure the safety of the baby and pets at all times, including walking dogs if present and keeping doors locked.
