Afternoon Babysitter for 1-Year-Old

We are seeking a caring and reliable babysitter for our 1-year-old boy in Richmond, VA. This position is for Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. You will be responsible for engaging our son in play, reading, listening to music, assisting with diapers and pottying, feeding a snack, and supervising him as he explores his environment. Our son is happy and curious but is currently experiencing separation anxiety. You will work closely with Mom, who will be at home, to ensure a supportive environment. We prefer candidates with CPR certification, excellent communication skills, and comfort around our affectionate senior cat. A nonsmoking environment is required. We have security cameras in all childcare areas for added safety. We look forward to meeting a patient and attentive caregiver to join our family.
