Part-Time Nanny for Toddlers

We are seeking a fun-loving and creative part-time nanny to join our family in Austin, TX. This position is perfect for a college student with afternoon or evening classes or a recent graduate looking for flexible hours. You will primarily be caring for our two-year-old daughter and eight-month-old son. Our home follows a Montessori-inspired approach, and we value a nurturing and engaging environment for our children. Responsibilities include managing daily routines such as breakfast (prepared by mom), facilitating toddler activities while the baby naps, supporting outdoor time for both children, and ensuring smooth lunch and nap times. Our daughter is in a toddler program two days a week, so the focus will often be on our son, who loves cuddles. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with opportunities for additional hours for date nights or meal prep if interested. This position requires a one-year commitment, and compensation is paid weekly in cash. No driving, bathing, or bedtime duties are required. We have no pets in the home.
