Part-Time Toddler and Infant Nanny

We are a laid-back, family-first household in South Austin, looking for a warm and playful part-time nanny to join our family from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 2 pm. We offer $23 per hour with weekly cash payment. Our home embraces Montessori-inspired values, and we seek someone modest, grounded, and genuinely loving with kids. You will be caring for our two children: a 2.5-year-old daughter who loves music, baking, water play, and imaginative play, and a 9-month-old son who is easygoing and loves cuddles. Our daughter attends a mom's day out program two days a week, and our son is home all five days. A typical day includes activity time, outdoor play, and nap routines. We are looking for someone comfortable with our multilingual household and open to having fun with language learning. This position is perfect for a college student with afternoon or evening classes or a recent graduate seeking flexible hours. Additionally, there will be opportunities for occasional date-night sitting or extra weekly hours for meal prep if interested. We are looking for at least a one-year commitment and prefer candidates with 1-2 references.
