Afterschool Babysitter for Elementary Age Children

We are seeking a high-energy, engaging babysitter for our two children, ages 8 and 12, for afterschool care starting in August in Oakland, CA. The position involves assisting with homework, driving the kids to their activities, and planning fun outings. We are screen-free during this time, so the ideal candidate will be actively involved with the children. Expected hours are Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, with some flexibility on start times and days per week. The pay range is $25-35/hr, with mileage reimbursement if using your own car. Background check, clean driving record, and 2-3 references required. Our family is LGBTQ-friendly, and we request the same from our potential babysitter.
