Evening Babysitter for Young Children

We are seeking a caring and responsible babysitter for our two children, a 5-year-old girl and a 2-year-old boy, in New York, NY. The position involves providing general assistance in the evening before bedtime. Duties include engaging the children in play, tidying up the playroom, preparing simple dinners, assisting with cello practice, and putting the kids to bed. Additionally, help with brushing and walking our friendly mid-size dog is required. The job is for 2-3 evenings per week, with flexibility on the specific days. The initial shift begins on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM. We are looking for someone who is reliable, attentive, and enjoys working with young children.
