Evening Babysitter for Young Children

We are seeking a responsible and caring babysitter to watch our two boys, aged 2.5 and 4.5 years old, in New Haven, CT. The position requires you to work from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM on Thursday, July 23, 2026. Regular hours will be Thursdays from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with potential additional hours on Saturday nights from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Your main responsibilities will include preparing a light dinner for the children and putting them to bed. The 4.5-year-old will usually be at preschool and dropped off around 5:30/6:00 PM. We are looking for someone who can fit within their routine and provide a safe and nurturing environment while ensuring they follow their bedtime schedule. We do not have any pets in the household, so there's no pet care involved. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children and is looking for evening shifts with the potential for additional hours as needed.
