Babysitter for Infant and Preschooler

Our family in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a caring and proactive babysitter to become an important part of our day-to-day life. We have a loving 4-year-old boy and a sweet 7-month-old girl, along with our friendly mini Goldendoodle. The position involves approximately 20-24 hours per week with a schedule of Monday 9-5, Tuesday and Wednesday 9-2:15, plus an additional 4-6 hours on either Tuesday or Wednesday evening, or Thursday or Friday morning. Our pay rate is $25-28/hour, depending on experience. Your primary responsibility will be spending time with our 4-year-old, and occasionally caring for the 7-month-old while I attend to other tasks. We are looking for someone who enjoys activities like reading, playing outdoors, and crafting. Responsibilities also include light household tasks such as washing dishes, tidying, and possibly preparing a simple dinner once a week. We are a laid-back and appreciative family aiming to build a long-term relationship with the right person who will feel comfortable and valued in our home.
