After-School Babysitter for Elementary-Aged Children

A family in Austin, TX is seeking a reliable and proactive house manager and after-school caregiver for their two children, ages 8 and 10. Responsibilities include driving the children to activities, preparing snacks and dinner, maintaining household organization, and completing occasional errands. The ideal candidate should be organized, communicative, warm, playful, and excellent with kids. The position is Monday through Friday from approximately 3:00 PM to 6:00 or 6:30 PM, with an extended evening on Thursday until around 10:00 PM, totaling about 20 hours weekly. A longer Thursday schedule can be adjusted for the right candidate. Applicants must be comfortable with a non-shedding 2 1/2 year-old Labradoodle.
