Babysitter for 6-Year-Old Boy

We are seeking a reliable, caring, and patient babysitter to look after our wonderful 6-year-old son, who is homeschooled, in Boston, MA. The job is for Monday, August 10, 2026, starting at 12:45 PM and ending at 7:00 PM. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Responsibilities include preparing simple meals/snacks, engaging in play and learning activities, and helping maintain a consistent routine. Light housekeeping related to the child, such as tidying play areas and washing dishes used during the day, is also expected. We’re searching for someone who is kind, dependable, patient, and respectful of families from all backgrounds. Reliable transportation is required, and the babysitter should be comfortable driving to and from extracurricular activities. The home is smoke-free with a friendly cat. While being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, it is not required. Candidates are encouraged to provide references.
