Part-Time Babysitter for School-Aged Children

We are seeking a reliable and attentive part-time babysitter for our two boys, ages 8 and 10, in Glen Ellyn starting mid-August. This position is perfect for a college student or anyone looking for consistent afternoon hours. You will be responsible for providing a healthy snack after the kids come home from school, driving them to local after-school activities, starting homework, and occasional errands or grocery pick-ups. Additional tasks include preparing the kids' lunch for the following day, doing their laundry when time allows, and ensuring the kitchen counter is clean and the dishwasher is loaded. Regular hours are Monday through Thursday, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility for extra hours and as-needed babysitting or overnights. Competitive pay, paid holidays, and gas money are offered. A clean driving record and recent references are required.
