Infant Babysitter

We are seeking a responsible and experienced babysitter to care for our 7-month-old son and our small dog, Ruthie, in Chicago, IL. The position is for Wednesday, July 29, 2026, from 12:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Mom will be working from home during the babysitting hours. Responsibilities include preparing formula bottles using a Brezza, feeding solid foods, maintaining the baby's schedule, putting him down for naps, and engaging in activities such as playing, reading, and tummy time. No screen time is allowed, and you will need to track activities using the Huckleberry app. Diaper changing is also required. Ideal candidates will have recent experience with infants, particularly those familiar with the baby-led weaning stage. CPR and first aid certifications are a plus. Although there are no cats or additional dogs present, care for our friendly dog, Ruthie, is needed. No driving, bathing, or bedtime duties are involved, and the position does not require any additional children to be in bed.
