Part-Time Babysitter for Toddler and Young Child

We are seeking a reliable and caring babysitter to assist with our active 2-year-old and 8-year-old who is on the autism spectrum in Minneapolis, MN. This is a permanent position ideal for someone who can work from 3-4 hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, as well as one full Saturday per month from 2pm to 10pm. Additional overnight care may be needed once a month with advance notice. The caregiver will engage our toddler while I work from home and will provide care occasionally when I need to go to the office or speak at conferences. Responsibilities include driving, feeding, and bedtime duties. No animals are present in our home. We are looking for a proactive and patient individual who can become a trusted part of our family’s routine.
