Aftercare Babysitter for Child with ASD

We are seeking a patient and experienced babysitter to provide aftercare for our 8-year-old son with ASD and ADHD in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area. Key responsibilities include picking up our child from school at 2:15 PM, providing care until approximately 5:00/5:30 PM, and transporting him to weekly therapy and extracurricular activities. Our home is screen-free, and our son enjoys building, imaginative play, puzzles, and playing outside. Experience with ASD is required as our child is high-functioning but needs assistance with de-escalation when necessary. The role is needed Monday through Wednesday on weeks when I work at the hospital, with additional days possible based on my schedule, which is provided months in advance. We have two cats in the home, so comfort with pets is necessary. Responsibilities include driving and feeding, but not bathing or bedtime routines.
