Evening Babysitter for Toddler and Preschooler

We are seeking a responsible and caring evening babysitter to provide consistent after-school care for a 3-year-old girl and a 4-year-old girl in New York, NY. The position involves starting at 6:00 PM and ending at 11:00 PM on Monday, August 24, 2026. The ideal candidate should be reliable, a good driver, and capable of handling household duties while the children are at school. Responsibilities include preparing and serving dinner, occasionally assisting with bathing and the bedtime routine, and providing engaging activities for the children. Although the bedtime routine is usually handled by a parent, comfort with bathing and bedtime preparations is important. A friendly 13-year-old golden retriever is present in the household, but no pet care is required. This role offers an opportunity to create a positive and nurturing environment for two delightful young girls.
