Afternoon Babysitter for Two Young Girls

Our family in Chicago, IL is seeking a responsible college student to care for our two daughters, ages 7 and 5, from 2:45 pm to 5:30 pm on Mondays and Thursdays, with additional opportunities on Tuesdays and Wednesdays if available. Responsibilities include picking up the girls from school, providing snacks, helping with homework, light cleanup, and preparing lunch/snacks for the next day. The babysitter will also take the girls to after-school activities or playdates, with the use of our family SUV, provided they demonstrate a safe driving record. The school is within walking distance, but driving may be necessary in poor weather. Our home is located in the Sauganash neighborhood, a 6-minute drive from NEIU college campus. Candidates must have experience caring for children of similar age, provide a minimum of 2 references, and have a good driving record.
