Toddler Babysitter

We are seeking a nurturing and reliable babysitter to care for our two girls, ages 2 and 3, in Centennial Hills located in Northwest Las Vegas. This position is required on Mondays and Fridays from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare and a commitment to long-term work. Responsibilities include assisting with toileting and handwashing, facilitating naptime, and planning age-appropriate enrichment activities such as art, dancing, crafts, exercise, and music. Additional duties involve organizing daily activities, serving snacks and lunch, and cleaning up toys and dishes after playtime. The babysitter will be working in a home where we have three dogs, and we have security cameras in common areas and outdoors for safety. While I work from home and am frequently in meetings, we need someone who can independently manage the children's needs during these times. We are looking for someone who is caring, dependable, and eager to engage with our children through creative and educational activities.
