Afternoon Babysitter for Young Children

We are seeking a responsible and caring babysitter to provide afternoon care for our two daughters, ages 5 and 7, in Indianapolis, IN. This position requires assistance from at least the afternoons when the children come home from school until we return from work. The schedule may vary with school holidays and occasional work travel. Responsibilities include driving the children to appointments, feeding, and bathing them. Mileage for driving will be reimbursed. We have two friendly pets, a sweet wheaten terrier and a Boston terrier. The ideal candidate will be punctual, reliable, and have an affinity for working with young children. The specific hours for this position on Monday, August 24, 2026, are from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM. No bedtime duties are required.
