Afternoon Babysitter for Seven-Year-Old

We are seeking a dedicated and playful babysitter for my seven-year-old nephew in Dedham, MA. The position requires availability 4 days a week, working 20-25 hours. Regular hours are Mondays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM on three other days per week. Responsibilities include picking him up from school in Lexington and transporting him to various therapies such as Speech and Language. We prefer candidates with experience working with children who have specialized training or an interest in psychology, speech and language, or occupational therapy. The ideal candidate should be able to engage with him on his level and support his imaginative and dynamic nature. A commitment to the full school year is preferable, with potential for additional hours during school vacations. Opportunities for light house management tasks, including scheduling appointments and meal preparation, are available. Compensation is $25-30/hr based on experience. Priority is given to individuals who are kind and can commit to supporting his learning and development.
