Part-Time Babysitter for Elementary Age Children

We are a warm Santa Monica family seeking a responsible undergraduate or grad student to assist in caring for our three children, ages 10, 7, and 5, along with our three gentle, friendly rescue dogs. This babysitting position is great for students due to its flexible scheduling and team dynamic. Responsibilities include teaming up with a parent for school pickup at 3:15 PM, driving the kids to local activities within Santa Monica, and assisting with elementary homework, snacks, or light dinner prep. The core schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:15 PM to 5:15 PM, with opportunities for additional hours during the week, evenings, and weekends available. We respect academic commitments by adapting to your exam schedules. Compensation is $30/hr plus paid major holidays and mileage reimbursement for driving duties. This position starts on Monday, September 7th.
