We are seeking a responsible and flexible after school babysitter in Newark, NJ, for the 2026-2027 school year, starting in September. The position involves caring for our two children, ages 7 and 11. Primary duties include picking up our 7-year-old son from school in Basking Ridge at 3:30 PM, driving both children to various after school sports and activities, helping with homework, and occasionally preparing easy dinners. We require availability 3-4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) from 3:30 PM to approximately 6:30 or 7:00 PM, with occasional later evenings planned in advance. The ability to help some mornings from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM would be a plus, but not essential. We need someone who can be flexible with our inconsistent work schedules.
