We are seeking a reliable and energetic babysitter for afterschool care for our two boys aged 7 and 9 in Hartford, CT. The position requires you to be available on Mon, Aug 24, 2026, from 07:30 PM to 09:00 PM. Responsibilities include greeting the boys as they come home on the bus, preparing an after-school snack, engaging in outdoor play or board games, and encouraging the older child to complete homework. The boys should also have some screen time, but we prefer they play first. We have two friendly older dogs, but they will not require special attention beyond letting them out into the fenced backyard. No driving or bedtime duties are required, but feeding the children is necessary.
