Babysitter for 7-Year-Old

We are seeking a caring and energetic babysitter for our 7-year-old child at our home in Rochester, MN. Our child enjoys building with Legos, hands-on activities, reading, and exploring. We are looking for someone who can make their days fun and educational. Duties include playing and engaging in activities, reading, helping with early reading and writing skills, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. The ideal candidate should love spending time with children and have a dependable, warm, and patient demeanor. Schedule: The position is available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, for a total of 40 hours per week, starting Monday, August 24. We are open to flexible hours for the right candidate, including part-time options or adjusting around a school schedule. There are no pets in our household. We are looking for someone who can become a part of our family and build a great relationship with our child. Pay is $10 to $15 per hour, depending on experience and fit.
