Afterschool Babysitter for Preschool and Elementary Children

We are a friendly and caring family residing in Park Slope, Brooklyn, seeking a reliable and engaging afterschool babysitter to join us. The position entails working Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM, starting September 1, 2026, until June 30, 2027. Responsibilities include picking up our daughter (7) from her elementary school in Carroll Gardens, escorting her to her afternoon activities, and picking up our son (4) from his preschool in Park Slope. Additionally, we ask for assistance with light housekeeping tasks, such as vacuuming and loading the dishwasher. Compensation ranges from $25 to $30 per hour, based on responsibilities.
