Part-Time Babysitter for Young Children

We are seeking a dependable, playful, and energetic babysitter to join our family in Huntsville, AL for a recurring childcare position starting Monday, August 24, 2026, from 12:45 PM to 06:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator who enjoys engaging with young children. Responsibilities include caring for our 1-year-old, preparing simple snacks and lunches, and helping with cleanup after meals and activities. Initially, the focus will be on our 1-year-old, as our children are ages 1 and 3. We are an active family that encourages minimal screen time, outdoor play, and reading. We hope this role evolves into an ongoing position after January, providing care for both children a few hours in the evening one or two days per week. Must have reliable transportation. No pets present. We are looking for someone reliable, loving, and comfortable becoming part of our family’s routine.
