Split Shift Babysitter for Young Children

We are seeking a responsible and caring babysitter for a split shift position in Washington, DC on Sunday, August 30, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The role involves caring for three children: a 2-year-old girl, a 4-year-old boy, and a 7-year-old boy. Responsibilities include preparing and serving meals and snacks, supervising the children, and driving them using the family vehicle for drop-offs and pick-ups. You will drop off the 2 and 4-year-old children around 7:45 AM and thereafter, the 7-year-old to BC. Afternoon pick-up is required at 5:00 PM for the 2 and 4-year-old, followed by the 7-year-old. Additional duties include assisting with homework, reading books, facilitating educational activities, managing diaper changes and bathroom/potty intervals, supporting nap times, cleaning up after meals and activities, and engaging in playtime and age-appropriate activities. This role requires a reliable individual who is comfortable managing a split schedule and can provide attentive care and supervision to young children throughout the day.
