Overnight Babysitter for Young Children

We are seeking a responsible and caring overnight babysitter to provide attentive supervision for our three children: a 2-year-old girl, a 4-year-old boy, and a 7-year-old boy. The job will start on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 6:00 PM and end on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 9:00 AM. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving dinner and snacks, assisting with homework, engaging in educational activities such as reading, and supporting bedtime routines. You will also be responsible for diaper changes for the 2-year-old and ensuring regular potty breaks for the 2 and 4-year-olds. Additional duties include cleaning up after meals and activities and facilitating playtime with games and age-appropriate movies or TV. No pets are present in the home. This position does not require driving but does involve feeding, bathing, and managing bedtime routines. We are located in Washington, DC.
