Infant Babysitter

We are seeking a reliable, warm, and experienced babysitter to care for our sweet 7-month-old boy in our home in Detroit, MI. The position is for three days a week, with the first scheduled session on Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Key Responsibilities include maintaining daily rhythms for bottle feedings, age-appropriate solid foods/purées, diaper changes, and nap schedules. The babysitter will also facilitate interactive play to support the child's physical and cognitive development, such as tummy time, reading, sensory play, and motor skills activities. Ensuring a safe and secure environment at all times is a must. Qualifications & Requirements: - Proven experience caring for infants - CPR and First Aid certifications - Comfortable around dogs - Non-smoker - Reliable transportation - References from previous childcare families Our home has one small friendly dog.
