Evening Babysitter for Teens

We are looking for a reliable and motivated babysitter to care for two teenagers in Oakland, CA. The position starts on Monday, September 7, 2026, from 8:30 PM to 1:30 AM on the following day. Ideal candidates are college students, preferably male, who can offer flexibility and organization. Responsibilities include assisting with schoolwork, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and managing schedules using Google Calendar. Transportation to activities may be required, so a personal vehicle is necessary. The role involves working on weekdays from 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM or 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, with potential for extended hours, weekend, evening, and overnight work. A parent will be present 80% of the time. Starting pay is $25 per hour with the potential to increase to $30 based on experience and tenure, along with sick days. A one-month onboarding process with a background check and fingerprinting is required. Non-smoking applicants only. No pets are present in the household.
