Afterschool Babysitter for Three Children

We are seeking a warm, energetic, and organized afterschool babysitter for our three children in South Orange, New Jersey. Our two younger children, aged 6 and 7, need to be picked up from school, located within walking distance, and driven to various activities such as soccer. Our 11-year-old, who is mostly self-sufficient, will arrive home on his own after sports. The ideal candidate should have significant childcare experience and be able to help with snacks, homework, and maintaining a structured after-school environment. Assistance with children's dinner and bedtime routines, including bathing the youngest, may be required. Regular hours are Monday to Friday from 3/3:30 PM to 7/7:30 PM during the school year, with possible requests for earlier or additional evening or weekend hours. Rate is approximately $28 per hour.
