Afternoon Babysitter for Children Ages 4-8

We are seeking a reliable and caring babysitter to assist with afternoon pickups and support for our three children, ages 4, 6, and 8. Responsibilities include picking the kids up from their after-school activities in the Chicago-Irving Park area at 4:30 PM and driving them home to Skokie, assisting with their transition back home including homework help and dinner, which is provided. The position requires availability on Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, starting September 17, 2026. The ideal candidate will have their own car, a good driving record, and be available through December, with potential for ongoing work. Compensation is $25-$27 per hour. We have a friendly older dog named Stevie, but no other pets. If you are dependable and enjoy working with children, please consider joining our family.
