After-School Babysitter for Early Childhood

We are seeking a responsible and energetic babysitter to care for our 5-year-old daughter after school, Monday through Friday. The role involves picking her up from school in Auburn by 2:00 PM and caring for her until 5:00 PM. Responsibilities include engaging her in outdoor play and helping her with learning activities like letters and early reading, without screens. Some light housework, such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying, is requested while she is occupied. An own vehicle is required for transportation. Our household includes a golden retriever, a chocolate lab, and three cats. Although our 10-year-old son may be home occasionally, he is independent. There is potential for increased hours and pay in the coming weeks. Start on Tuesday, September 8th, 2026 at 7:30 PM and end at 9:00 PM.
