Preschool Babysitter

We are looking for a responsible and experienced babysitter to care for our twin 4-year-old girls and our gentle 11-year-old border collie in Waterbury, CT. Our schedule starts with a paid onboarding week: Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The ongoing schedule will be Monday through Thursday from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM, with alternating Fridays. This position requires about 14–17 hours a week. Responsibilities include preparing dinner, supervising playtime, assisting with the bath and bedtime routine, and light tidying of the children's things. We expect applicants to have experience with preschool-age children and feel comfortable managing twins. Reliable transportation is necessary, and you should be comfortable around a friendly dog. Having CPR/first aid certification is a plus. We will need references and expect candidates to be willing to complete a background check. Pay will be based on experience and is paid weekly.
