Toddler Babysitter and Family Assistant

We are seeking a warm, organized babysitter and family assistant for our sweet, playful 16-month-old daughter. As we are relocating to Santa Barbara, CA, from New Jersey, this full-time live-out position begins in mid-September or early October. The schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 40 hours per week. Prior to moving, we'd appreciate a 3-week paid onboarding in New Jersey starting early September, with travel, flights, and private lodging covered. The ideal candidate will focus on screen-free play, outdoor walks, toddler meal preparation, and light family assistance, including tidying, child laundry, and running errands. We are looking for someone calm, gentle, organized, and reliable. The pay rate is $30–$42+ per hour, depending on experience, plus PTO and paid holidays.
